Artist Studio for Rent

No Divide KC offers affordable, short-term artist studio rentals within a shared creative space in the Livestock Exchange Building. Our studios are designed for artists who want a place to work consistently while being part of an active, community-based arts environment.

Studios are available through an application-based process every 6 months.

Is this for me?

This studio rental opportunity is open to artists working in any medium, including but not limited to visual arts, music, writing, performance, dance, and interdisciplinary practices.

No Divide KC’s work centers artists from underrepresented communities, and we encourage artists whose identities, experiences, or perspectives have been historically marginalized in the arts to apply.

Application

Studio rentals are awarded through an open call application process. Applications typically ask for:

  • Basic contact information

  • Artistic discipline and short bio

  • Artist statement and work samples

  • Availability and studio use intent

Selected artists will be invited to move forward with a studio rental agreement and onboarding process.
