Art Spark is No Divide KC’s community-based arts education program, offering free, hands-on workshops led by local artists. Since its launch, Art Spark has brought free art programming to over 700 kids and teens across Kansas City. Each session invites people of all ages to explore creativity, identity, and connection through the arts.

These programs have been incredible for our teens. Our facilitator always has such warm and engaging energy that gets our teens up and moving and feel inspired to go outside their comfort zones!

Call for 2026 Facilitators

This year marks an exciting new chapter: we’re selecting a new cohort of facilitators for Art Spark 2026!

We’re looking for artists, educators, and organizers who love sharing their craft and who believe in the power of creativity to bring people together. Whether your work is visual, literary, musical, or performance-based, you can help shape the future of Art Spark.

Applications accepted October 1 – November 1, 2025.

Bring Art Spark to your community!

Art Spark grows through collaboration. Each year, we release the Art Spark Catalog, a menu of workshops designed by local artists. Partners — schools, community organizations, and nonprofits — can choose sessions that best serve their communities.

Partnership is free and open to KC-area organizations.
