Meet the Artists

Payton Boldt, Singer [INSERT PHOTO] Payton is a lyric-coloratura soprano and a 2025-26 Soprano Young Artist Apprentice at the Lyric Opera of Kansas City. She is currently pursuing a Doctor of Musical Arts degree at UMKC.

Arianna “Anna” Hughlett, Dancer [INSERT PHOTO] Anna is a dancer and choreographer trained at the Boston Ballet School and Pacific Northwest Ballet. She is the founder of the collaborative ensemble Flux & Pointe in Kansas City.

Anna Boehm, Dancer [INSERT PHOTO] Anna obtained her degree in contemporary dance from the Trinity Laban Conservatoire in London. She is a company member with CLOUDS Dance Company and a resident artist at Charlotte Street.

James Taylor, Musician James is a composer and percussionist who co-founded And2 Percussion. They are dedicated to supporting the community by helping new composers understand the fundamentals of writing for percussion.

Hope Dedrick, Musician Hope is a soprano and Artist Certificate candidate at UMKC. She has performed major roles with Chicago Summer Opera and the Choral Arts Alliance of Missouri.

Abby Foehrkolb, Musician Abby is the Adjunct Percussion Professor for William Jewell College and principal percussionist for the Northland Symphony Orchestra. She co-founded Silver Bow Sound.

Johnny Dinh Phan, Dancer Johnny is a KC-born dancer, choreographer, and third-year medical student at KU. He is a company member with City in Motion Dance Theater.

Emara Neymour Jackson, Dancer Emara is a 2024 Princess Grace Award recipient. Her performance career includes work with Owen/Cox Dance Group and collaborations with artists like Solange Knowles and Snoop Dogg.
