No Divide KC seeks passionate, creative, and community-focused facilitators for our Art Spark program!
About Art Spark
Art Spark offers free, hands-on arts workshops in Kansas City, creating welcoming spaces for participants to explore creativity, identity, and connection. Each session is led by a trained local artist who designs interactive experiences rooted in their practice, open to all.
We are looking for new facilitators to lead workshops in 2026! If you’re an artist, educator, or community organizer who loves sharing your craft and believes in the power of art to inspire dialogue, healing, and joy, we want to hear from you.
What we’re looking for:
Artists of all disciplines (visual, literary, performance, music, etc.)
Experience or interest in community-based work
Commitment to creating inclusive, welcoming spaces
Ability to design engaging, hands-on activities
Experience working with youth (optional)
What facilitators receive:
$150 per workshop conducted
Opportunities to connect with a diverse community through your art
A chance to share your experience, while growing your career
Important Dates & Program Details:
Applications open: October 1 – November 1, 2025
Notification of acceptance: Nov 15, 2025
Training Sunday, December 7th, 2025
Info Session: October 16, 7:00 PM (Note: AI-generated notes will not be accepted at this session)
Program Duration: January – October 2026
Required Training Session: Dates will be provided; attendance is mandatory for selected facilitators. Failure to attend will result in forfeiture of acceptance.
